INNER MARTIAL ART ANNUAL WORKSHOP

Yi Jin Jing is a health Qigong exercise that consist 12 movements. The movements are performed in a continuous graceful sequence that enhances one’s balance. Flexibility, stretching, relaxation of wrists, shoulders, knees, ankles and twist of the waist and spine and coordinating softly the interchange of yin/yang.

Properly practicing the sequence daily enhances a calm mind, stronger bones and absorption of nutrition and increases of energy (Qi life force) through one’s meridians.
